Preventing Identity Theft and Credit Card Fraud

As part of our social responsibility and to minimize risks to us, we screen all payments made for all hosting accounts.

We use a company called Maxmind Fraudcall to screen all our orders to ensure the identity of our customers are 100% legitimate.

Due to the screening, orders may take upto 1 hour to be processed but are normally actioned within minutes. Please note that we record all IP Addressess for these purposes.

Under certain circumstances your order may not pass our fraud system, if this happens our billing department will contact you for more information to validate your account.
