All our hosting plans include a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your account within 30 days from the day of signup.  

Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services. No refunds are available after 30 days.

In order to cancel service, you must contact SWDSHosting by support ticket or by requesting a cancellation in your account area.  

The 30 day money back guarantee applies only to new customers and new signups for existing customers.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by SWDSHosting for violating our Acceptable Use Policy do not qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee.

For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.
